I love your little bit of change on the IKEA cupboards. We have a wall of vaguely Swedish farmhouse cabinets, but I can't remember the name. I love them and have done some tweaking to them too.

I love your modified Ikea cabinets - very pretty! Thanks for including W Design in your inspiration ideas for kitchen cabinets. Painting ours was one of the best home projects I've ever done (and I do a lot!!).

The hardware on your cabinets is great. And I love the beadboard look. We painted our cabinets this year and love the new look - the kind of paint you choose really makes a huge difference.

I love love your modified Ikea cabinets Heather! I have always liked Ikea's kitchens. It is too bad there is not an Ikea on the Island!

Heather, thanks for featuring my post on your blog. Ah, to redo kitchens. Such hard work, but so worth it in the end. I adore your strong contrast of black and white. It's my favorite combo.

I am so flattered you featured my kitchen... I STILL need to finish painting one wall and some of the woodwork. Other things came up and my kids have kept me hopping. Thank you so much. How sweet of you!! :)
