I used to make those little yarn pompoms as a kid - I loved them! I've never tried making ones from paper.

If I could hang those paper pom poms all over my house, I would. We made some for a friend of mine's wedding. Made about 60 or so. While waiting for the big day to arrive, I hung onto them until we had to decorate the venue. My house looked like a garden. Loved it!!!!
